History of Alutech Packaging Pvt. Ltd.
Founded in 2010 by the visionary entrepreneurs Mr. Anil H. Mittal and Mr. Rakesh Goel, Alutech Packaging Pvt. Ltd. set out to revolutionize the pharmaceutical packaging industry through innovation, quality, and precision. Our journey began as India's first successful manufacturer of Alu Alu foil (cold forming blister foil), operating from a compact 5,000 sq. ft. manufacturing unit in the Badli Industrial Area, Delhi, with a small but dedicated team of five individuals.
Despite these modest beginnings, Alutech quickly established a strong foundation built on quality, customer satisfaction, and reliability. As the demand for high-quality pharmaceutical packaging grew, so did our capabilities. A significant milestone was achieved in 2015 with the inauguration of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. Equipped with an initial production capacity of 1,000 MT, this facility allowed Alutech to expand its product offerings, particularly in foil-based packaging solutions for single-dose pharmaceutical forms.
Continuing our path of growth and innovation, Alutech launched its second manufacturing unit in February 2022 at Baddi-Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh. This expansive facility, spread across 12 acres and encompassing approximately 500,000 sq. ft., boasts an impressive annual production capacity of 30,000 MT. Designed to comply with ISO, USFDA, and European standards, this unit underscores Alutech's commitment to global quality benchmarks and our ability to efficiently serve both domestic and international markets.
In 2020, Alutech achieved another significant breakthrough by developing India's first Desiccant Cold Forming Foil. This innovation reduced our reliance on international supplies, offering a cost-effective solution with shorter lead times.
