Unit I
Alutech Packaging Pvt. Ltd., established in 2010, is one of India’s largest and most comprehensive manufacturers of pharmaceutical packaging materials. The company operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Delhi-NCR, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 MT and Covered area 100,000 Sq. Feet., catering to a complete range of foil-based products for oral solid dose formulations.
Unit II
Alutech Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is exclusively dedicated to the manufacturing of primary pharmaceutical packaging materials, operating from a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet global regulatory standards. The facility spans a land area of 12 acres with an approximate covered area of 500,000 square feet. It houses an impressive installed capacity of 30,000 metric tons per annum, inclusive of all laminate types. The product range includes regular laminates with PVC thickness varying from 60 microns to 500 microns, catering to diverse pharmaceutical packaging needs. The entire project is meticulously designed to comply with stringent international norms, including ISO, USFDA, and European standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality, safety, and performance in all its offerings.
Unit III
In 2024, Alutech Packaging Pvt. Ltd. expanded its operations by establishing a new unit with a dedicated slitting facility in Hyderabad. This strategic move was aimed at enhancing accessibility and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers located in the southern region of India. The Hyderabad unit is focused on meeting region-specific requirements efficiently, further strengthening Alutech’s commitment to customer satisfaction and nationwide service coverage.
